found a couple of photos and videos laying around from the Sea Otter. As per usual the sea Otter is a hunting ground for new products fresh bikes coming to production and tests for new equipment. This year was no different in that way, The Tipping point movie was premiered, new e13 guides were seeing the daylight for the first times etc…

ON The Team Kenda Morewood bos team some pretty fresh stuff came from Rennie’s 4x bike. A slammed N’dee made an appearance on Rennie’s Ndiza.

NSW State Round #1 Thredbo

Hey guys,

Drove down to Thredbo on Friday after talking dad into letting me out of school for the first NSW State round of 2009.  Weather was looking good in the morningthen it started raining after lunch break.  The track got really slippery and a fair bit slower but I managed to get a few more fun practice runs on the wet track.

Luckily the track  dried out by Saturday morning and was in pretty much perfect condition.  I got in about 5 runs in the morning before Nicho started to fine-tune my shock and forks he also changed my axle to crown height on my forks, which made my later 6 runs even faster and smoother than before. The BOS suspension was helping me out a lot, allowing me to do more runs with less stops because it was riding soo smooth (heaps less Thredbo arm pump) and holding traction really well.

Sunday forecast was only going to be a top of 7 degrees, and I think it only just reached that. It was also very windy at the top making the fire road a bit sketchy, but not so bad on the single track. By race run it had warmed up a bit at the bottom of the hill but was still very windy and cold at the top.  I managed to have a good run even though I passed two people, nearly landing on one off the drop in the woods.  I  placed first in the 17’s on a dry track in a time of 6:30.27.

Huge thanks to Nicho for helping me out, setting up my bike and keeping it running smooth. I am stoked with the performance of my Morewood Izimu and the Bos suspension.  Looking forward to Ourimba!

Big Props to Neil Thompson for the photos. Great job!
